Right of Withdrawal

The consumer (BUYER) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.
The period for the right of withdrawal starts on the day the contract is concluded for contracts regarding the provision of services; for contracts regarding the delivery of goods, it starts on the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer takes delivery of the goods.
However, the consumer can also exercise their right of withdrawal during the period from the conclusion of the contract until the delivery of the goods. In determining the period for the right of withdrawal;

  1. For goods that are the subject of a single order and delivered separately, the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer takes delivery of the last good,
  2. For goods consisting of multiple parts, the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer takes delivery of the last part,
  3. For contracts where goods are regularly delivered over a certain period, the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer takes delivery of the first good is taken as a basis. You can submit your withdrawal notification via the return and reshipment option on your personal membership page before the right of withdrawal period expires.


The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following contracts:

  1. Contracts for goods or services whose price changes due to fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the SELLER or provider.
  2. Contracts for goods prepared in accordance with the consumer's wishes or personal needs.
  3. Contracts for the delivery of goods that are perishable or whose expiration date may pass.
  4. Contracts for the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery, and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.
  5. Contracts for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
  6. Contracts for books, digital content, and computer consumables supplied in a material medium, if their protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery.
  7. Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under a subscription agreement.
  8. Contracts for accommodation, goods transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure activities that must be performed on a specific date or period.
  9. Contracts for services performed instantly in an electronic environment or for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
  10. Contracts for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's approval before the right of withdrawal period expires.
