To create a return request, you can log in to your My Account page and select the relevant order. You do not need to be a registered member; it is sufficient to log in with the email address you used when placing the order.

Right of Withdrawal

The consumer (BUYER) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded for service delivery contracts, and on the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the goods for contracts regarding the delivery of goods.
However, the consumer may also exercise the right of withdrawal during the period from the conclusion of the contract to the delivery of the goods. In determining the withdrawal period;

1. For goods that are the subject of a single order and delivered separately, the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the last good,
2. For goods consisting of multiple pieces, the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the last piece,
3. For contracts where goods are delivered regularly over a certain period, the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the first good is taken as the basis. You can submit your withdrawal notice via the return and refund option on your personal account page before the withdrawal period expires.

The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following contracts:

1. Contracts for goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the SELLER or the provider.
2. Contracts for goods prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs.
3. Contracts for the delivery of goods that can deteriorate quickly or whose expiration date may pass.
4. Contracts for the delivery of goods that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, provided that their protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery.
5. Contracts for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
6. Contracts for books, digital content, and computer consumables offered in a material medium, if the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery.
7. Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, other than those provided under a subscription contract.
8. Contracts for accommodation, transport of goods, car rental, supply of food and beverages, and leisure time activities for entertainment or relaxation, which must be performed on a specific date or period.
9. Contracts for services performed instantly in an electronic environment or for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
10. Contracts for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period expires.
